第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民年金法第五十八条、第六十二条、第七十七条及び第七十九条の二第三項の改正規定、第二条中児童扶養手当法第五条の改正規定並びに第三条中特別児童扶養手当法第五条の改正規定は、昭和四十三年十月一日から施行する。
