第十三条

昭和四十四年一月以後の月分の保険料の額は、この法律による改正後の第八十七条第三項の規定にかかわらず、被保険者が三十五歳に達する日の属する月の前月までは一月につき二百五十円、被保険者が三十五歳に達した日の属する月以後は一月につき三百円とする。
