For the time being, for the purpose of applying the provisions of Article 9, item (v), the phrase "excluding when it falls under it.)" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "excluding when it falls under it.) or upon reaching 65 years of age (excluding when the person falls under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) as replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions.)".
