第六十九条の五
The hours specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 141, paragraph (3) of the Act are, with respect to the hours by which the working hours are extended and the hours of work performed on days off, less than 100 hours per month and 960 hours per year; provided, however, that for a specified physician to whom the face-to-face guidance prescribed in Article 69-3, paragraph (2), item (ii) has been provided and for whom the measures prescribed in item (iv) of that paragraph have been taken, they are 960 hours per year.
法第百四十一条第三項の厚生労働省令で定める時間は、労働時間を延長して労働させ、及び休日において労働させる時間について、一箇月について百時間未満及び一年について九百六十時間とする。ただし、第六十九条の三第二項第二号に規定する面接指導が行われ、かつ、同項第四号に規定する措置が講じられた特定医師については一年について九百六十時間とする。
