The hours specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 141, paragraph (2) of the Act are, with respect to the hours by which the working hours may be extended and the hours of work that may be performed on days off, less than 100 hours per month and 960 hours per year; provided, however, that if the matters prescribed in paragraph (2), items (ii) through (iv) of the preceding Article are provided for in the agreement referred to in Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Act, they are 960 hours per year.
