第六十三条
An employer that uses a roster in the former form prepared based on the Factory Act or the Mining Act may use it in place of the roster of workers referred to in Article 53 until the employer prepares a new roster.
工場法又は鉱業法に基いて調製した従前の様式による名簿を使用する使用者は、新たに名簿を調製するまでこれを第五十三条の労働者名簿に代えることができる。
