With regard to the validity of a refugee travel document in Appended Form No. 81 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") prior to the amendment, issued before this Ministerial Order comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of Article 61-2-12, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
