With regard to the application prescribed in Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act, even before the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as "the effective date"), a written application in Appended Form No. 6-3 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as "the new Regulation") is to be submitted, and the provisions of Appended Table III (limited to the part pertaining to the row for "Nursing Care") and Appended Table IV (limited to the part pertaining to the row for the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Nursing Care" specified in the Appended Table I (2) of the Act (Nursing Care)) of the new Regulation apply.
