Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Local Autonomy Act comes into effect (April 1, 2016); provided, however, that the provisions amending Appended Form No. 6-3 (For Applicant, etc. 2) O ("Entertainer"), the same Form (For Applicant, etc. 3) O ("Entertainer"), Appended Form No. 30 (For Applicant, etc. 2) O ("Entertainer"), the same Form (For Applicant, etc. 3) O ("Entertainer"), Appended Form No. 30-2 (For Applicant, etc. 2) O ("Entertainer") and the same Form (For Applicant, etc. 3) O ("Entertainer"), and the following Article come into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on Control and Improvement of Amusement Business comes into effect (June 23, 2016), and the provisions amending Appended Form No. 44-2 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、地方自治法の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成二十八年四月一日）から施行する。ただし、別記第六号の三様式申請人等作成用２ Ｏ（「興行」）、同様式申請人等作成用３ Ｏ（「興行」）、別記第三十号様式申請人等作成用２ Ｏ（「興行」）、同様式申請人等作成用３ Ｏ（「興行」）、別記第三十号の二様式申請人等作成用２ Ｏ（「興行」）及び同様式申請人等作成用３ Ｏ（「興行」）の改正規定並びに次条は風俗営業等の規制及び業務の適正化等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成二十八年六月二十三日）から、別記第四十四号の二様式の改正規定は公布の日から施行する。
