Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2015; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified in the respective items:
この省令は、平成二十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 5 and Article 7-2, paragraph (5), the provisions adding one Article after Article 13, the provisions amending Article 14, paragraph (2), Article 27, Article 29-2 and Article 29-3, the provisions renumbering that Article as Article 29-4 and adding one Article after Article 29-2, the provisions amending Article 44 (limited to the part concerning paragraph (3)), Article 52, Article 61-2, Appended Table III (limited to the part concerning the row for "Student"), Appended Table III (5) (limited to the part concerning the row for "Student") and Appended Table IV (limited to the part concerning the row for the activities listed in the right-hand column corresponding to "Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the Act (Student)), the provisions amending For applicant, part 2 P ("Student"), For applicant, part 3 P ("Student") and For organization, part 1 P ("Student") of Appended Form No. 6-3, the provisions adding one form after Appended Form No. 6-6, the provisions adding four forms after Appended Form No. 17, the provisions amending For applicant, part 2 P ("Student"), For applicant, part 3 P ("Student") and For organization, part 1 P ("Student") of Appended Form No. 30 and For applicant, part 2 P ("Student"), For applicant, part 3 P ("Student") and For organization, part 1 P ("Student") of Appended Form No. 30-2, and the provisions of the following Article and Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions: January 1, 2015;
第五条及び第七条の二第五項の改正規定、第十三条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第十四条第二項、第二十七条、第二十九条の二及び第二十九条の三の改正規定、同条を第二十九条の四とし、第二十九条の二の次に一条を加える改正規定、第四十四条（第三項に係る部分に限る。）、第五十二条、第六十一条の二、別表第三（留学の項に係る部分に限る。）、別表第三の五（留学の項に係る部分に限る。）及び別表第四（法別表第一の四の表の留学の項の下欄に掲げる活動（留学）の項に係る部分に限る。）の改正規定、別記第六号の三様式の申請人等作成用２ Ｐ（「留学」）、申請人等作成用３ Ｐ（「留学」）及び所属機関等作成用１ Ｐ（「留学」）の改正規定、別記第六号の六様式の次に一様式を加える改正規定、別記第十七号様式の次に四様式を加える改正規定、別記第三十号様式の申請人等作成用２ Ｐ（「留学」）、申請人等作成用３ Ｐ（「留学」）及び所属機関等作成用１ Ｐ（「留学」）及び別記第三十号の二様式の申請人等作成用２ Ｐ（「留学」）、申請人等作成用３ Ｐ（「留学」）及び所属機関等作成用１ Ｐ（「留学」）の改正規定並びに次条及び附則第八条の規定 平成二十七年一月一日
