Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment is, for the time being even after the amending provisions of this Ministerial Order come into effect, deemed to be Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended.
