This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date (July 1, 2010) on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, inter alia, those who have lost Japanese Nationality pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan, and Other Matters (Act No. 79 of 2009; hereinafter referred to as "the amending Act") come into effect; provided, however, that the provisions amending the row for "Dependent" in Appended Table II of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), the provisions amending the crew member's landing permit (reverse side) (2) pursuant to Appended Form No. 21, the multiple landing permit for crew members (reverse side) (1) pursuant to Appended Form No. 22-3, the certificate of authorization for employment pursuant to Appended Form No. 29-4 and the written application for recognition of refugee status pursuant to Appended Form No. 74 of the Regulation, and the provisions of Articles 2 and 3 and Articles 9 through 12 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date (January 1, 2010) on which the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the amending Act come into effect.
