附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on the Formation of a Digital Society, etc. to Promote Regulatory Reform for the Formation of a Digital Society (Act No. 63 of 2023) come into effect (May 21, 2026).
この省令は、デジタル社会の形成を図るための規制改革を推進するためのデジタル社会形成基本法等の一部を改正する法律（令和五年法律第六十三号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和八年五月二十一日）から施行する。
