Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Special Act on the Immigration Control of, Inter Alia, Those Who Have Lost Japanese Nationality Pursuant to the Treaty of Peace with Japan come into effect.
この省令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法及び日本国との平和条約に基づき日本の国籍を離脱した者等の出入国管理に関する特例法の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
Documents in Appended Form No. 26-2, Appended Form No. 74, Appended Form No. 74-2, Appended Form No. 76-6, Appended Form No. 78 and Appended Form No. 78-2 prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order are deemed, for the time being, even after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, to be documents in Appended Form No. 26-2, Appended Form No. 74 and Appended Form No. 74-2 (in each case, limited to when used for an application under Article 61-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act), Appended Form No. 76-6, Appended Form No. 78 and Appended Form No. 78-2, respectively, prescribed in the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則に規定する別記第二十六号の二様式、別記第七十四号様式、別記第七十四号の二様式、別記第七十六号の六様式、別記第七十八号様式及び別記第七十八号の二様式の書面は、この省令の施行後においても、当分の間、それぞれこの省令による改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則に規定する別記第二十六号の二様式、別記第七十四号様式及び別記第七十四号の二様式（いずれも出入国管理及び難民認定法第六十一条の二第一項の申請に用いる場合に限る。）、別記第七十六号の六様式、別記第七十八号様式並びに別記第七十八号の二様式の書面とみなす。
