第二条（経過措置）
Documents in Appended Form No. 6, Appended Form No. 6-2 and Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order are deemed, for the time being, even after the amending provisions of this Ministerial Order come into effect, to be documents in Appended Form No. 6, Appended Form No. 6-2 and Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended.
この省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第六号様式、別記第六号の二様式及び別記第三十七条の十九様式の書面は、この省令の改正規定の施行後においても当分の間、改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第六号様式、別記第六号の二様式及び別記第三十七号の十九様式の書面とみなす。
