Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of July 1, 2014.
この省令は、平成二十六年七月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment is, for the time being even after the amending provisions of this Ministerial Order come into effect, deemed to be Appended Form No. 37-19 under the provisions of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended.
改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第三十七号の十九様式は、この省令の改正規定の施行後においても当分の間、改正後の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の規定による別記第三十七号の十九様式とみなす。
