This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 1, 2008.
この省令は、平成二十年十月一日から施行する。
The Ministerial Order Specifying Businesses, etc. Accredited as Examining and Certifying the Facilities and Organization of Japanese Language Educational Institutions (Ministry of Justice Order No. 56 of 2001) is repealed.
日本語教育機関の設備及び編制についての審査及び証明を行うものとしての認定を受けた事業等を定める省令（平成十三年法務省令第五十六号）は、廃止する。
