Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1981; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、昭和五十六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 489, paragraph (1) of the Local Tax Act, the provisions adding one Article after Article 491 of that Act, and the provisions amending Article 31 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act in Article 1, and the provisions of Articles 10 and 11 of the Supplementary Provisions: June 1, 1981;
the provisions amending Article 73-14, paragraph (1), Article 73-15, paragraph (1) and Article 596, item (ii) of the Local Tax Act, and the provisions adding a heading and two Articles after Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act in Article 1, and the provisions of Article 5, paragraphs (2) through (6) and Article 12, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions: July 1, 1981;
