Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2011; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified in those items.
この法律は、平成二十三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 2 amending Article 33, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Local Tax Act (limited to the part replacing "Article 5, paragraph (1)" with "Article 5, paragraph (2)"): the date of promulgation of the Act on the Development of Related Acts for the Promotion of Reforms to Enhance Regional Autonomy and Independence (Act No. 105 of 2011);
第二条中地方税法附則第三十三条第五項の改正規定（「第五条第一項」を「第五条第二項」に改める部分に限る。） 地域の自主性及び自立性を高めるための改革の推進を図るための関係法律の整備に関する法律（平成二十三年法律第百五号）の公布の日
The provisions of the following Article: the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Local Tax Act and the Act on Temporary Measures concerning Special Local Corporation Tax for Establishing a Tax System Responsive to Changes in the Economic and Social Structure (Act No. 115 of 2011);
次条の規定 経済社会の構造の変化に対応した税制の構築を図るための地方税法及び地方法人特別税等に関する暫定措置法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十三年法律第百十五号）の公布の日
The provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Promotion of Private Finance Initiative (Act No. 57 of 2011).
