Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
The provisions of this Act come into effect on the dates specified in the following items, according to the categories set forth in those items:
この法律の規定は、次の各号に掲げる区分に従い、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 58, Article 62, the proviso to Article 77, paragraph (1), Article 78, paragraph (2) and Article 79-2, paragraph (4) of the National Pension Act, and the provisions of Article 5, Article 12, paragraph (1), Article 19, Article 20 and Articles 32 through 34 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 1973;
