Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Articles 3, 4 and 15 and Articles 4, 5, 16, 20 and 21 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding one month from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第三条、第四条及び第十五条並びに附則第四条、第五条、第十六条、第二十条及び第二十一条の規定は、公布の日から起算して一月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
