附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
With respect to small vessel shipping associations and federations of small vessel shipping associations, the provisions of Article 72-22 of the Local Tax Act as amended by Article 2 apply from enterprise tax for the business year that includes the day on which this Act comes into effect.
小型船海運組合及び小型船海運組合連合会については、第二条による改正後の地方税法第七十二条の二十二の規定は、この法律の施行の日の属する事業年度の事業税から適用する。
