Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 6, paragraph (2), the provisions adding one Article after that Article, the provisions amending Article 7, Article 7-2, paragraph (3), Article 8, paragraph (3), Article 9, paragraph (7) and Article 9-3, paragraph (6), the provisions adding five paragraphs to Article 90, the provisions amending Article 91, paragraph (7), Article 252-26-2, Article 252-26-7, Article 255, Article 259, paragraph (4) and Article 281-5, and the provisions of the following Article through Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of April 1, 2005.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第六条第二項の改正規定、同条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第七条、第七条の二第三項、第八条第三項、第九条第七項及び第九条の三第六項の改正規定、第九十条に五項を加える改正規定、第九十一条第七項、第二百五十二条の二十六の二、第二百五十二条の二十六の七、第二百五十五条、第二百五十九条第四項及び第二百八十一条の五の改正規定並びに次条から附則第八条までの規定は、平成十七年四月一日から施行する。
