Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1991; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as from the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Act on Temporary Measures for the Promotion of Coal-Producing Areas (Act No. 32 of 1991).
この法律は、平成三年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第五条の規定は、産炭地域振興臨時措置法の一部を改正する法律（平成三年法律第三十二号）の施行の日から施行する。
