Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article, Articles 4, 5 and 7 through 24 come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、次条、附則第四条、第五条及び第七条から第二十四条までの規定は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
