第四十七条（健康保険の産前産後休業を終了した際の改定に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 43-3 of the Health Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of Article 25 apply to maternity leave prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article that ends on or after the item (iv) Effective Date.
第二十五条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第四十三条の三の規定は、第四号施行日以後に終了した同条第一項に規定する産前産後休業について適用する。
