第二十九条
Within one year after its establishment, JHIA must determine the insurance premium rate for each prefecture prescribed in Article 160, paragraph (2) of the Health Insurance Act as Amended in October 2008 (hereinafter referred to as the "insurance premium rate for each prefecture").
協会は、成立後一年内に、平成二十年十月改正健保法第百六十条第二項に規定する都道府県単位保険料率（以下「都道府県単位保険料率」という。）を決定しなければならない。
Until JHIA determines the insurance premium rate for each prefecture, the general insurance premium rate of former government-managed health insurance on the day before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4 is used for the insurance premiums of insured persons of the health insurance administered by JHIA.
協会が都道府県単位保険料率を決定するまでの間は、協会が管掌する健康保険の被保険者の保険料については、第四条の規定の施行の日の前日における旧政管健保の一般保険料率を用いる。
Until JHIA determines the insurance premium rate for each prefecture, the average insurance premium rate prescribed in Article 168, paragraph (1), item (i), (a) of the Health Insurance Act as Amended in October 2008 is the general insurance premium rate of former government-managed health insurance on the day before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4.
協会が都道府県単位保険料率を決定するまでの間は、平成二十年十月改正健保法第百六十八条第一項第一号イに規定する平均保険料率は、第四条の規定の施行の日の前日における旧政管健保の一般保険料率とする。
