第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2016; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成二十八年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 5, and Article 9, paragraphs (2) and (3), Article 17, paragraph (3) and Article 20 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第五条の規定並びに附則第九条第二項及び第三項、第十七条第三項並びに第二十条の規定 公布の日
The provisions amending the table of contents of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Retirement Allowance Cooperative Act in Article 1 (excluding the part replacing ", Article 31" with " through Article 31-2"), the provisions making Section 5 into Section 6 in Chapter VI of that Act, the provisions amending Article 75-2, paragraph (5), the provisions making Section 4 into Section 5 in that Chapter and adding one Section after Section 3, and the provisions amending Article 88; the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the provisions amending Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Act on the Welfare and Medical Service Agency, Independent Administrative Agency); and the provisions of Articles 7, 30 and 33 of the Supplementary Provisions: October 1, 2015.
第一条中中小企業退職金共済法目次の改正規定（「・第三十一条」を「―第三十一条の二」に改める部分を除く。）、同法第六章中第五節を第六節とする改正規定、第七十五条の二第五項の改正規定、同章中第四節を第五節とし、第三節の次に一節を加える改正規定及び第八十八条の改正規定並びに第二条の規定（独立行政法人福祉医療機構法第五条第二項の改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第七条、第三十条及び第三十三条の規定 平成二十七年十月一日
