第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
This Act comes into effect on December 1, 1995; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成七年十二月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions amending Articles 102, 104 and 105, and the provisions of Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date on which 20 days have elapsed counting from the date of promulgation;
第百二条、第百四条及び第百五条の改正規定並びに附則第十九条の規定 公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日
The provisions amending Article 21-4 and Appended Table 2 through Appended Table 4, and the provisions of Articles 3 through 10, Article 11, paragraphs (2) through (4), Article 13, Article 14 and Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 1996.
第二十一条の四及び別表第二から別表第四までの改正規定並びに附則第三条から第十条まで、第十一条第二項から第四項まで、第十三条、第十四条及び第十七条の規定 平成八年四月一日
