Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Repeal of the Act on Temporary Measures for the Promotion of Creative Business Activities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and the Act on Promotion of Creation of New Businesses
The following Acts are repealed:
次に掲げる法律は、廃止する。
the Act on Temporary Measures for the Promotion of Creative Business Activities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Act No. 47 of 1995);
中小企業の創造的事業活動の促進に関する臨時措置法（平成七年法律第四十七号）
the Act on Promotion of Creation of New Businesses (Act No. 152 of 1998).
新事業創出促進法（平成十年法律第百五十二号）
