第三条
Documents in use in accordance with the Forms prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance (referred to as the "former Forms" in the following paragraph) that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect are deemed to be documents in accordance with the Forms as amended by this Ministerial Ordinance.
この省令の施行の際現にあるこの省令による改正前の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により使用されている書類は、この省令による改正後の様式によるものとみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the former Forms that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。
