For the time being, an employer may, in lieu of making the report under Article 57, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8 (referred to as the "new Labor Standards Rules" in the following Article) by the method prescribed in that paragraph, make that report by means of a document stating the matters set forth in the items of Article 97, paragraph (1) of the new Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health.
