Supplementary Provisions, Article 2, paragraph (1)
第一項
The provisions of Article 24-2-2-2 and Article 24-2-3-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Rules") (limited to the parts concerning retention) apply to records prepared after this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect.
第一条の規定による改正後の労働基準法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第二十四条の二の二の二及び第二十四条の二の三の二の規定（保存に関する部分に限る。）は、この省令の施行後に作成された記録について適用する。
