第二条（経過措置）
With respect to the retention of the minutes prescribed in Article 67, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令による改正前の労働基準法施行規則第六十七条第三項に規定する議事録の保存については、なお従前の例による。
