第三条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to conduct engaged in before the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 21 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条中労働基準法施行規則第二十一条の改正規定の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
