第一項
With respect to the working hours pertaining to the week that includes March 31, 2001, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 25-2, paragraph (1) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act as amended by this Ministerial Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the "new Rules").
平成十三年三月三十一日を含む一週間に係る労働時間については、この省令による改正後の労働基準法施行規則（以下「新規則」という。）第二十五条の二第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
