第十三条（様式に関する経過措置）
An identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act before the amendment by the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, an identification card under the provisions of Article 95-3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health before the amendment by the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions, and an identification card under the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulations on Industrial Safety Specialists and Industrial Health Specialists before the amendment by the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions are, for the time being, deemed to be, respectively, an identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment by the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, an identification card under the provisions of Article 95-3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health after the amendment by the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions, and an identification card under the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulations on Industrial Safety Specialists and Industrial Health Specialists after the amendment by the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions.
附則第六条の規定による改正前の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による証票、附則第七条の規定による改正前の労働安全衛生規則第九十五条の三の規定による証票及び附則第十一条の規定による改正前の産業安全専門官及び労働衛生専門官規程第五条の規定による証票は、当分の間、それぞれ、附則第六条の規定による改正後の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による証票、附則第七条の規定による改正後の労働安全衛生規則第九十五条の三の規定による証票及び附則第十一条の規定による改正後の産業安全専門官及び労働衛生専門官規程第五条の規定による証票とみなす。
