Supplementary Provisions, Article 67
第六十七条
Persons set forth in Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to Article 133 of the Act shall be the following:
法第百三十三条の厚生労働省令で定める者は、次のとおりとする。
Workers who take care of children who have not attained the school age
小学校就学の始期に達するまでの子を養育する労働者
Workers who take care of any of the following persons who always needs nursing care for two weeks or more because of injury, illness, or physical or mental disability of said persons
負傷、疾病又は身体上若しくは精神上の障害により、二週間以上の期間にわたり常時介護を必要とする状態にある次に掲げるいずれかの者を介護する労働者
Spouse, parents or children, or spouse's parents
配偶者、父母若しくは子又は配偶者の父母
Grandparents, siblings, or grandchildren whom the said workers live with and support
当該労働者が同居し、かつ、扶養している祖父母、兄弟姉妹又は孫
The period set forth in Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to the order set forth in Article 133 of the Act shall be from April 1, 1999 to March 31, 2002.
法第百三十三条の厚生労働省令で定める期間は、平成十一年四月一日から平成十四年三月三十一日までの間とする。
