Supplementary Provisions, Article 67
第六十七条
The persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 133 of the Act are to be as follows.
法第百三十三条の厚生労働省令で定める者は、次のとおりとする。
Workers raising a child who has not yet reached the age of commencing elementary school
小学校就学の始期に達するまでの子を養育する労働者
Workers caring for any of the following persons who are in a condition requiring constant care over a period of two weeks or more due to injury, illness, or physical or mental disability
負傷、疾病又は身体上若しくは精神上の障害により、二週間以上の期間にわたり常時介護を必要とする状態にある次に掲げるいずれかの者を介護する労働者
A spouse, parent or child, or a parent of the spouse
配偶者、父母若しくは子又は配偶者の父母
A grandparent, sibling or grandchild with whom the worker lives and whom the worker supports
当該労働者が同居し、かつ、扶養している祖父母、兄弟姉妹又は孫
The period specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in Article 133 of the Act is to be the period from April 1, 1999 to March 31, 2002.
法第百三十三条の厚生労働省令で定める期間は、平成十一年四月一日から平成十四年三月三十一日までの間とする。
