When an employer has workers work pursuant to the provisions of Article 32-2, 32-4 or 32-5 of the Act, the employer shall give careful consideration to those who take care of children, those who take care of elderly persons and the like, those who receive vocational training or education, and such other workers who need special consideration so that they may secure time necessary for the child care and the like.
