With regard to the notification of the matters required to be notified pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-17, paragraph (1) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order in cases where the case prescribed in paragraph (6) of that Article came to apply before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
