第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 come into effect as of March 16, 2022.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定は、令和四年三月十六日から施行する。
