Supplementary Provisions, Article 38Transitional Measures Concerning the Application of Health Insurance to Part-Time Workers
第三十八条（健康保険の短時間労働者への適用に関する経過措置）
For a person to whom the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the item (ix) Amended Health Insurance Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (ix)) are not applied pursuant to Article 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2012 Pension Function Strengthening Act, and who continues to hold the qualification of an insured person of health insurance until the item (ix) effective date, the provisions of Article 8-3-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the item (ix) Amended Health Insurance Act do not apply while the person, on or after the item (ix) effective date, continues to be employed at the place of business at which the person was employed on the item (v) effective date of the Pension Function Strengthening Act.
平成二十四年機能強化法附則第四十五条の規定により第九号改正後健保法第三条第一項（第九号に係る部分に限る。）の規定を適用しないこととされた者であって、第九号施行日まで引き続き健康保険の被保険者の資格を有するものについては、第九号改正後健保法附則第八条の三の二の規定は、第九号施行日以後引き続き年金機能強化法第五号施行日において使用されていた事業所に使用されている間は、適用しない。
