第七条
Of persons who acquired eligibility as an insured person of health insurance (excluding specially-insured day laborers; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) before April 1, 2007 and continue to hold eligibility as an insured person until that day (excluding insured persons with optional and continued coverage, special retired insured persons, and persons whose standard monthly remuneration is to be revised from that month), the standard monthly remuneration of those whose standard monthly remuneration for March of that year is 98,000 yen (excluding those for whom the monthly remuneration amount that was the basis of that standard monthly remuneration is 93,000 yen or more) or 980,000 yen (excluding those for whom the monthly remuneration amount that was the basis of that standard monthly remuneration is less than 1,005,000 yen) is revised by the insurer by deeming the monthly remuneration amount that was the basis of that standard monthly remuneration to be the monthly remuneration amount that is the basis of the standard monthly remuneration under Article 40, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2.
平成十九年四月一日前に健康保険の被保険者（日雇特例被保険者を除く。以下この項において同じ。）の資格を取得して、同日まで引き続き被保険者の資格を有する者（任意継続被保険者、特例退職被保険者及び同月から標準報酬月額を改定されるべき者を除く。）のうち、同年三月の標準報酬月額が九万八千円であるもの（当該標準報酬月額の基礎となった報酬月額が九万三千円以上である者を除く。）又は九十八万円であるもの（当該標準報酬月額の基礎となった報酬月額が百万五千円未満である者を除く。）の標準報酬月額は、当該標準報酬月額の基礎となった報酬月額を第二条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第四十条第一項の規定による標準報酬月額の基礎となる報酬月額とみなして、保険者が改定する。
The standard monthly remuneration amount revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be the standard monthly remuneration amount for the period from April 1, 2007 through August 31, 2007.
前項の規定により改定された標準報酬月額は、平成十九年四月一日から同年八月三十一日までの標準報酬月額とする。
