第六条
With regard to the loss of eligibility as an insured person with optional and continued coverage of a person who acquired eligibility as an insured person with optional and continued coverage (meaning an insured person with optional and continued coverage prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (4) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 2, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 38 of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2.
第二条の規定の施行の日前に任意継続被保険者（第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第三条第四項に規定する任意継続被保険者をいう。以下この条において同じ。）の資格を取得した者のその任意継続被保険者の資格の喪失については、第二条の規定による改正後の同法第三十八条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
