Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Health Insurance Act
第十三条（健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 65, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Health Insurance Act, pertaining to the rescission, to a hospital, clinic or pharmacy whose designation was rescinded pursuant to the provisions of Article 43-12 of the Former Health Insurance Act before the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "five years" in that item is deemed to be replaced with "two years".
附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の日前に旧健保法第四十三条ノ十二の規定により指定を取り消された病院若しくは診療所又は薬局に対する当該取消しに係る健康保険法第六十五条第三項第一号の規定の適用については、同号中「五年」とあるのは、「二年」とする。
