Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Application of Provisions on Mining Area Tax
第七条（鉱区税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 180, paragraph (1) of the New Act and Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act apply from mining area tax for fiscal year 1977, and the provisions then in force continue to govern mining area tax up to fiscal year 1976.
新法第百八十条第一項及び新法附則第十三条の規定は、昭和五十二年度分の鉱区税から適用し、昭和五十一年度分までの鉱区税については、なお従前の例による。
