第九条（軽自動車税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of the New Act relating to light motor vehicle tax apply from light motor vehicle tax for fiscal year 1976, and the provisions then in force continue to govern light motor vehicle tax up to fiscal year 1975.
新法の規定中軽自動車税に関する部分は、昭和五十一年度分の軽自動車税から適用し、昭和五十年度分までの軽自動車税については、なお従前の例による。
