Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1976; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates listed respectively in those items:
この法律は、昭和五十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に掲げる日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 489 of the Local Tax Act in Article 1: June 1, 1976;
第一条中地方税法第四百八十九条の改正規定 昭和五十一年六月一日
the provisions amending the provisions concerning business office tax in Article 1 (excluding the provisions amending Article 701-34, paragraph (3), item (xxiii) of the Local Tax Act): October 1, 1976;
第一条中事業所税に関する改正規定（地方税法第七百一条の三十四第三項第二十三号の改正規定を除く。） 昭和五十一年十月一日
the provisions amending Article 490, paragraph (2) of the Local Tax Act in Article 1: January 1, 1977.
