第五条（地方税法等の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 72-22, paragraph (4), item (vi) of the Local Tax Act prior to the amendment and Appended Table 3 of the Corporation Tax Act remain in force with respect to associations in liquidation even after this Act comes into effect.
改正前の地方税法第七十二条の二十二第四項第六号及び法人税法別表第三の規定は、清算中の協会については、この法律の施行後も、なおその効力を有する。
