Supplementary Provisions, Article 22Application of Provisions on National Health Insurance Tax
第二十二条（国民健康保険税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 703-3, paragraphs (5) through (8) and Article 706-2, paragraph (1) of the 1965 Act apply from national health insurance tax for fiscal year 1965, and for national health insurance tax up to fiscal year 1964, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
四十年法第七百三条の三第五項から第八項まで及び第七百六条の二第一項の規定は、昭和四十年度分の国民健康保険税から適用し、昭和三十九年度分までの国民健康保険税については、なお従前の例による。
